Kimaro Farmhouse is situated in Burgundy, in the French department Nièvre, approximately 200 km south of Paris. Attached to the main house is the holiday cottage, Twiga House, which forms part of the property dating back to 1875. It has been renovated, keeping its authentic character intact. Romantic, atmospheric and rustic, it is spiced with African accents.

Twiga House has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a separate toilet, furnished kitchen, and a cosy living room with dining area and wood heater. The master bedroom contains a double bed, while the second bedroom has bunk beds. Bedding is provided. There is room for a maximum of 4 people, and an extra children’s cot can be provided at no extra charge.

We offer loads of room to relax. On your own terrace, in the orchard, in the farmyard, in the meadow or by our lake.

The farmyard and the terrace are south-facing. The grapevines above the terrace provide shade on a hot summer’s day.
